Friday Sign of the Apocalypse: Quotation Mark Edition
Oooh. Unnecessary capitalization and quotation marks for emphasis. If only they'd added a frowny emoticon at the end. Then we could be certain they mean business.

When "NO SMOKING" is in quotation marks, does that mean you read it with a wink? And does that mean they have to say no smoking in here, but we all do it anyway?
I think smoking is a euphemism for something else...(insert a cigar is just a cigar joke here).
